Order processing

    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery Locations: We currently ship to all major cities of India serviceable by our delivery partners. Last mile delivery may not be possible in certain remote locations, in which case customers will need to collect the device from the nearest office of our delivery partner for the region.

Collection for repair services

    Service Area: We provide doorstep collection and delivery for repair services within Delhi NCR at present, and will be adding more regions to the list.

  • Scheduling: Once you schedule a repair service, our team will contact you to confirm the collection time and date.
  • Collection Fees: Any applicable collection fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of scheduling.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

International shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within India.
