Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
  • There must be a functional defect that is unrepairable in the device for return to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made products & services
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Any item after 7 days of delivery.
  • If the warranty seal on the device is damaged.
How to Return an Item
  1. Submit a Return Request:Contact our customer service team at support@gadgetguruz.com or +91 7838 423 438 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Before Shipment
  • Request Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@gadgetguruz.com or +91 7838 423 438. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Full Refund: Orders canceled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation After Shipment
  1. Return Process: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process outlined above once you receive the item(s).
  2. shipping Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement. If the Seller doesn't respond to the Buyer's replacement request, within three (3) days from the date of replacement request placed by the Buyer, refund shall be processed in favour of Buyer and Seller shall be liable to refund amount paid to the Seller. All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Seller.

Service Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled repair service, please contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your repair service without penalty if you notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
  • After Visit: A service request cannot be cancelled once our technician has reached your location. Company holds the right to levy a convenience fee should there be a need to reschedule or cancel for any reason.
